We will accept refunds on certain items if received within 14 days from the date we shipped the order.
To return an item, you must email us at email@example.com after receipt of the item. We will provide return instructions via email.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging and received by us within 14 days of the original shipping date.
Personalized items and clothing items are not eligible for a return.
Sale items - Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide shipping instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you choose to return an item you must use a delivery service that provides tracking information.
If a refund is made, your original shipping charges will be deducted from the amount that is credited back to your original payment method.
